Neat hotel, services were very good and location was nice and easy in the heart of the city. The breakfast was plentiful and free exactly as I hoped, with wine and Indian options, for instance. The pool was nice and I had soft drinks in the main bar.

The hotel offers amazing meal in the morning, yummy food. The units were big with great features. The location is great and absolutely perfect and personnel is amazingly nice.

Soft bed, luxurious bathroom and a seating area, a writing table, iron and ironing board in the room. Excellent hotel with a central location in the business centre. Based really close to close to the Airports, the Chakala metro and Mamta who made out stay in the club lounge all the more enjoyable by interacting in a professional.

A personal safe, air conditioner and a mini-bar available in the deluxe king room. Separate bedroom, fantastic stay with efficient check out. Excellent service from the fast, welcoming staff members...

Very well furnished and luxurious unit with a great decor.

The staff was awesome, provided a speedy check-in and an efficient check-out. The rooms were exceptionally nice with excellent facilities. The food was reasonably priced at the café.

Attentive and caring staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay at Courtyard. The front desk quickly resolved any issues I had and the restaurant staff provided excellent service. Despite the hotel's drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff. I had a pleasant experience.

All the rooms are elegant with good interiors and the staff is FAST.

In the Beginig they didnt want to accept my reservation saying that there is a mistake in pricing. also because i have checked in early @6:45 am they charged me half day.

We made a great choice by staying here, it's a convenient place to explore the city. The room had a private bathroom with everything we needed and the added bonus of parking on site.

It was modern and clean

The (presumably necessary) level of security was very off putting - taxi screened at a large gate with dogs etc., luggage had to be screend through airport style security system - as we we on entering. We felt under siege and that it was not safe to go out around the local area. Th hotel was not at the airport and the hotel transfer was much more expensive than a taxi. The facilities were not finished - pool etc not available for use. We would not recommend Mumbai for a leisure trip.

The venue is clean and reasonably spacious, views are particularly good, the location is marvellous and lovely very close to the airports, South Mumbai/downtown, BKC, and new suburbs. The staff ensures you have a memorable time, they are very very nice and courteous. The hotel provides marvellous and awesome breakfast. It offers exceptional services. In fact, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in twin/double room with a laptop-size safe, a minibar, and an iron. Appetising food and terrific service. Brilliant pool area too.
